We accept payment via Maksekeskus bank links, credit card (Paypal, Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer. You can select either the Maksekeskus bank link or credit card payment option at the end of the buying proccess on our website and to pay with bank transfer, please contact us previously at email@example.com.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before asking for a refund we ask that you contact us and tell us about your issue, we will do our best to help you troubleshoot. This will not affect your right to a refund.
If you are not satisfied with our products within 180 days of purchase, please inform us and you will receive a full refund for purchases under 100€. This refund is null and void after your second purchase.
After approval of refund your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 – 7 days depending on your method of payment.
Better Organix is not liable to cover any costs for any damages or product issues arising from improper product storage.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items which are not nearing their expiry date may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items which are nearing their expiry date cannot be refunded. VÕS § 54 lõige 4 punkt 4
Sale items which are nearing their expiry date will have a notification of the nearing expiry date on the product/sale/campaign page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary from 7 to 14 days.
When shipping any return or exchange product you should consider using an insured trackable shipping service, otherwise we cannot guarantee a transaction for your returned item.
